Cancellation Policy
- Phlebotomy Certificate Program
No refunds will be issued for the Phlebotomy Certificate Program. - IV, IM Injection & Phlebotomy Workshop
No refunds will be issued for the IV, IM , Injection, Suturing and Phlebotomy Workshops. - ACLS, PALS, BLS & First Aid/CPR Courses
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the course date.
No refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 14 days of the course date. - ACLS & PALS Blended Courses
$115 will be deducted from the total amount for the ACLS or PALS key (online access) in case of a refund. - Administrative Fee
A $20 administration fee will be applied to any refund due to a participant’s cancellation request. - Cancellation Process
To request a refund, you must contact us by email at info@medtc.ca. - Rescheduling Policy
Participants may reschedule only once due to an emergency.
Rescheduling must be requested at least one day before the training (not on the morning of the training).
If you reschedule your course, you cannot request a refund later. - No Show Policy
No Show = No Refund & No Credit. - If the Training Center Cancels a Course
If we need to cancel a course, we will:
a) Issue a full refund (except for the $115 ACLS/PALS blended course key fee) if no alternate course date is available that fits the participant’s schedule.
OR
b) Attempt to transfer the participant to an alternate course date at no additional cost.
