IV Insertion Training for Island Healthcare Professionals

You spend the day on peripheral IV starts in Charlottetown: choosing a vein, inserting the catheter, securing and dressing the site, then maintaining and removing the line.

Is This Course Right for You?

This course is for people who already have clinical training and need IV starts as part of their work. If you have no healthcare background and want a new career in blood collection, the Phlebotomy Certificate Program in Charlottetown is the better place to start.
